MINESWEEPER, WITH A TWIST
Think fast. Climb higher.
- Read the numbers. Each number counts mines in the cells touching it, including diagonal neighbours.
- Work one row at a time. Only the bright row can be dug or flagged. Clear every safe cell and mark every mine to move up.
- Outrun the lava. The lava starts rising immediately and gets faster as you climb. You lose when it fully covers the playable row. Adjust lava speed in Options. Reach 60 rows to escape.
- There’s always a logical move. Every board is checked for a complete solution using only visible clues. Press ? if you need a nudge.
Optional: double-width cellsSwitch this on in the Lava menu. A wide cell holds 0, 1 or 2 mines. A number counts all mines in every touching cell, once per cell.
Dig empty wide cells. Right-click a wide cell to cycle 0 → 1 → 2 → 0 flags. On touch, hold the cell again to cycle its flags in the same way. For mouse left-drag flagging, select 1 mine or 2 mines; starting on a matching mark erases it. Your whole row must be correct to climb.
